Bread Pudding 1- loaf french or texas toast bread 4- cups milk 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup sugar 1- tab cinnamon 6- eggs 2- teas vanilla 1/3 cup raisins
Whisk together milk, sugar, butter. Mix eggs, vanilla, cinnamon in large bowl. Add milk, sugar. Pour into 2-1/2 qt casserole. Add bread, raisins. Push bread down to cover with liquid. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat oven to 350 degree. Bake 1 hour. Test with tooth pick. It should come out clean. If nesessary bake a little longer. Let set 30 min before serving.
